"Shown at Receipt" Checkbox in the Header Comments Panel [01/29/07]
Delegated Buyers should always click the "Shown at Receipt" checkbox in the Header Comments Panel even if an order is coded to be delivered directly to your building.
Many times, Central Receiving needs to intervene with the delivery process and having access to the comments assists in expediting your order in a timely manner.
Also, please do not use the building code of 381 (Central Receiving) for the location code. The location code is the final destination for the ordered goods.
