Hyperion Report to Help Review of HR System Employee Data for Next Faculty/Staff Directory [06/18/07]
In order to improve the accuracy of information in the Faculty/Staff Directory this fall, we are requesting that each area review the campus address, campus phone number, and working title for employees in the HR System.
To preview this information, you can run a Hyperion Insight report which pulls the appropriate information for each employee in the selected area(s). The report, "HRB300 - Faculty & Staff Directory – Data Verification", is located in the Personnel folder under the Human Resources category on the eReports portal. This report functions similarly to other HR Hyperion Insight reports where a user will select the appropriate university area (VP/College, College_1, Department, Organization) and then run the report.
The last day for data changes in the HR System to be included in the Faculty/Staff Directory is Wednesday, August 8th.
Within the report, there are two different versions that can be displayed, printed, or exported. The first, "Not in Directory", contains a list of employees who do NOT have a "Campus" phone number currently listed in the HR System and therefore would be excluded from the directory. Please remember that "Campus" should be selected (not "Business") for the phone type in the HR System for an employee’s campus phone number, and that the format must be nnn/nnn-nnnn.
