HR/ SIS Integration - Flexible Spending Accounts Processing Suspended [5/19/08]
The HR System will be unavailable from 7 p.m. 5/21 to 7 a.m. 5/27 due to the move-to-production for the Student Information System and HR System integration. As a result, there will be a temporary suspension on the processing of Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement checks during the system downtime. FSA claims submitted during the week of May 19th - May 23rd will be processed the following week of May 26th. Normal processing of FSA claims will resume on Tuesday, May 27th. Reimbursement checks for FSA claims submitted during the system downtime will be mailed on Friday, May 30th.
