OSU Travel System
Course Description:
Travel System training is offered through separate online courses available via Carmen. Self-enrollment is required and a Self-enrollment job aid is available.
- Travel Arranger Training: Travel Arranger and Payment Requestor Training will introduce you to the travel system; explain the travel request and payment request; present options for booking travel; and identify where to get help. This course is required to have access to the travel system as an arranger.
- Travel Approver Training: Travel Approver Training introduces you to the travel system; explains how to approve travel requests and payment requests; and identifies where to get help. This course is required to have access to the travel system as an approver.
- Traveler Training: Traveler Training will introduce you to the travel system, explain the travel request, present options for booking travel, and identify where to get help.
- Travel Portal & Search Tool Training: Travel Portal & Search tool training provides an introduction to the online travel portal and the tools available there.
Prerequisites:
None.
Audience:
Any employee who travels on university business, who is involved in managing university travel expenses or who wants to use the online Travel System should attend this course.
